Before becoming CEO of Joe Baker & Co., Joe was Dean at Centennial College School of Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts where he led the most significant transformation in the school’s over 50-year history.

Joe has held senior management roles at George Brown College Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts including Director of Operations, Services and Partnerships. Before joining higher education he worked in hotels and managed restaurants.

Joe serves proudly on the board of directors for Tourism HR Canada (THRC), Tourism Industry Association of Ontario (TIAO), and Co-operative Education Work-Integrated Learning Canada (CEWIL).

Amanda Christine has spent her entire career dedicated to Canada’s higher education sector. She is a passionate and driven leader who builds teams, systems and projects aimed at maximizing social impact.

Amanda’s background in research, design, communications and operations allows her to craft custom solutions to the many challenges affecting today’s businesses and individuals.

She is an ardent advocate for inclusion and leads by example towards a better future for all.
